We have just shipped an updated Steam Client to the Preview/Beta channel.

General

• Added a setting to disable the screensaver when in game

• Windows binaries registered as non-steam games will now run in Proton by default.

• Fixed a case where non-steam games would fail to launch after changing the Target binary via the Browse button.

• Fixed a case where the 'Stop' button would fail to close the game if it was launched by an external tool.

• Fixed a case where library playtime could temporarily show an incorrect value.

Steam Input

• Fix a bug on the "Reorder controller" screen on Linux where sometimes swapping controllers would not work

Steam Controller Firmware

• Fixed an issue where switching to BLE mode would stick, even if the host device could not be found

• Fix cases where users with older CPUs could have the client hang/crash when starting downloads for games with many identical files

• Fix desktop shortcuts always using the default launch option rather than your saved option

• Fix some cases where the onscreen keyboard would drop presses during dual trackpad typing

• Fix the diacritic options menu interactions during dual trackpad typing

Steam Input

• Added a landing page to the configurator when no file on disk could be loaded and give you the option to select a new configuration. This was one of the causes of a blank configurator

• Improve the display of cloud sync status in the configurator and give you the option to skip and proceed to the configurator. This was another common cause of a blank configuration because the layout was broken and the info offscreen.

• Fix pairing the 2015 Steam Controller

• FIxed glyphs for Switch controllers in Heavy Rain

Remote Play

• The adjust bitrate option of the network health dialog behaves more intuitively

• 通知設定に空の「Steamファミリーのアクティビティ」グループが表示されることがあるバグを修正。

Remote Play

• 画質を向上させるために、PyroWaveの自動ビットレート計算を改善。

• 自動ビットレート計算を調整するために、ConVar「@PyrowavePSNR」と「@PyrowaveHeightFactor」を追加（詳細はhttps://github.com/Themaister/pyrowave/blob/master/eval-results/objective-bitrate-evaluation.mdを参照してください）。

• PyroWaveの手動ビットレートの最大値を1Gbit／秒まで増加（帯域幅を増やすとレイテンシーが増加します！）

• PyroWaveのビットレートを自動デフォルトにリセット。

• 低速なネットワークリンクでPyroWaveを使用した際に、映像の遅延が徐々に増加する問題を修正。

• PyroWave使用時の音声の途切れを軽減。

• 現在のストリーミング設定をネットワークが処理できない場合に復旧するためのダイアログを追加。

• デスクトップストリーミングを停止するためのSteamメニューオプションを追加。

Steam入力

• Linuxで、複数のアプリを同時に実行しているときに発生する問題を回避するため、ゲームの起動時ではなく、最後に実行されていたゲームが終了したときに、再シャッフルされたゲームパッド入力に切り替えるように変更。

ゲームオーバーレイ

• Vulkanゲームがスワップチェーンを再作成する際に発生するクラッシュを修正。

Steam Controllerファームウェア

• 特にSteam Deckにおいて、一部のBluetooth BLE接続が繰り返し切断される問題を修正。

• Steamでデバイスを完全に接続するのに必要な時間を改善。

• Puck経由の接続によるペアリングが失敗する問題を修正。

• フッター内のボタンをクリックすると、グリフがゲームパッドに戻ってしまう問題を修正。

• ページ上のどこにもデジタルナビゲーションのフォーカスがない場合、フッターの「戻る」ボタンをクリックしても機能しない問題を修正。

• ログインする際にSteamロゴのスピナーが動いてしまう問題を修正。

• Steamストア、Webブラウザー、その他のアプリが、動画再生中にモニターのスリープとスクリーンセーバーを無効にするよう要求した場合に、画面の暗転やスクリーンセーバーの表示を遅延させる機能を追加。

Steam入力

• デスクトップオーバーレイで、ユーザーが起動するオンスクリーンキーボードのサポートを追加。

• デスクトップオーバーレイで開いた際のコンフィギュレーターのボタンとスライダーのサイズに関する問題を修正。
